Glossier: Haloscope

Glossier: Haloscope

Hey guys! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! My weekend consisted of going back to my old job at the pool & a lot of sun, but most importantly it also included Glossier!  It comes to no surprise that I love this company.  So I recently caved and made another order (whoops) to get my hands on their new Haloscope Highlighter.  I’ve read countless reviews on how amazing this product was & I love all of their other products (at least the ones I’ve been able to get ahold of).  So I decided to go ahead and buy not just one shade, but both.

Glossier Haloscope

Glossier prides themselves on their moto: Skin First, Makeup Second.  This highlighter is nothing less than that with it’s beautiful real quartz outer-ring & natural oil enriched inner-core.  It’s a non-drying shimmer without the annoying over-glittery nonsense that ends up all over your face that so many other highlighters have. IMG_0661

The first color it comes in is a more traditional pearlescent color, Quartz.  It is made with real rose quartz so it doesn’t contain any artificial glitter, which leaves your face looking shimmery & dewy.  It is the perfect for a day-to-day routine to add some glow to your face. I think the most appealing part of it is the inner-core, which contains coconut, caster-seed, and almond oil.  The oils leave my combination skin hydrated without looking oily, which is always a plus.

The second shade is a bronzer, sun-kissed color, Topaz.  Similar to its lighter counterpart, it is made of real golden topaz quartz. It leaves your face looking like you just spent a 10 day holiday on the beach in St. Tropez. I love the glowy & dewy look, which is great for this summers’ trending no makeup-makeup look. GLOSSIER Collage 2IMG_0652Interested in trying out Glossier?
